The actual loan amount reflects the balance after the deduction of the loan agreement stamping cost (0.5%) and attestation fees of RM5.

For example:

Actual loan amount: RM20,000

Stamping cost: RM20,000 x 0.5% = RM100

Attestation Fees: RM5

Loan amount disbursed: RM20,000 - RM100 - RM5 = RM19,895
